Maria Sirivar joined Adair Morse as an associate in April 2009 after practicing at a national firm in Toronto. Maria maintains a general litigation practice with particular interests in commercial litigation, product liability, medical malpractice, professional negligence, and insurance litigation.
Maria has appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal, Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court and the Ontario Labour Relations Board. |

| In law school Maria was active in competitive mooting. She participated in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna, Austria where she received awards for her oral and written advocacy. Maria was also a member of the second place team in the Jessup International Law Moot where she earned both team and individual awards for oral and written advocacy. The team represented Canada at the international level. |
