Application Process

We receive and review applications in accordance with the procedures governing the recruitment of students set by The Law Society of Upper Canada. All interviews will be arranged and conducted in accordance with those guidelines.

The firm generally interviews 20-30 students each year and hires 1-2 articling students.

Our lawyers and articling students come from diverse backgrounds and represent law schools from across the country. While you may see firm representation at “career days” at a number of different law schools, attendance at a particular law school is not a factor in our interviewing or hiring decisions.
